Aleesha young has firmly established herself in the elite bodybuilding world as a top females. Aleesha Young was born in 1984 to the family of sports. While her father worked as a bodybuilder Aleesha's siblings were involved in activities like ice hockey. Aleesha also played various games like basketball, soccer, and softball before getting into bodybuilding, when she was around 15. Aleesha obtained her professional license in 2014 after she won her first NPC USA Championships. Her first competition was in 2008. In 2014, the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro was her first time competing and she finished 9th. Then she fought to secure a 9th-place finish in 2015. Aleesha finished 6th both of 2015 and 2016 at her participation in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha started to get better and eventually win her first professional competition when she won Chicago Pro Championships. Bodybuilder Aleesha was the top showing at WOS's Rising Phoenix event, in which she came 4th in the year 2020. However, the "World's most powerful mom" was forced to stop training for medical reason.
